Myc — Fraud and extortion

There's this company named mycaptcha, they took my number from quikr and called me to offer me the work. They sent me the same agreement and acceptance letter and put the penalty amount as 6900/- for a pay of 22100/- for 10, 000 captchas in 10 days. They gave me a helpline number and email id but it was shown all scripted and the person who called me at the starting also stopped replying. My work was not being updated regularly so i quit the work. Now some guy named jayesh desai called as their advocate and started asking for money for different reasons like affidavit and breaching of contract. I knew it was fraud but now they're sending mails and messages to make it sound genuine. They started to harass me now. So is there any legal way to get out of it?
