Myflower.com — Order Placed but not delivered, Asked higher prices, Not Delivered, No Refund made

I placed an order on 26th december with Myflowergift for a birthday gift to my little daughter. Myflower confirmed the order and delivery on 29th between 7 am to 9 am and i paid money including delivery and handling charges of INR 200. On 29th at 8.30 am they informed me through email that this place is too far and they were asking more charges to make delivery. I requested the refund and they are not paying back. When i tried called them they were so rude, i send whatspp message but no proper reply. Sent number of emails but the reply is disappointing. They blocked my number too. Later i realized from net that they are cheating lot of people and collecting money.
