Company offers gift combo including cakes, flowers and toys etc. I have ordered greeting card, chocolate cake with 6 pink roses bunch and white teddy toy for my sister's wedding anniversary on date of April 16, 2023, at 2:55:11 PM IST. My order no. was[protected] and Email ID: vimal.[protected]@gmail.com. They confirmed the order after I did online payment and mentioned delivery schedule by April 16, 2023, in between 3:00PM to 10:00 PM. After I received confirmation message. The agent from the Myflowerapp called me personally and said we do not deliver at your requested address. hence, we are giving you coupon instead of refunding the amount. I insisted that your site didn't mention the not deliverable addresses and took my payment in advanced. But the person did not comply. After that I also mailed them regarding my issue but they response that refund is only coupon, which is already provided, problem is that coupon is not use for me as it is only for further shopping use but as I mentioned earlier, they do not deliver my accessible addresses and I am seeking direct refund on my original payment method. Please help me to give my amount back. Thank you.

Unfortunately, due to the unavailability of the Resources, we are unable to complete your purchase order by the required date.

TILL date I am following up for the refund and I haven’t receive it. Nowadays they stop replying too.

I had ordered a birthday surprise (flowers and cake) in the month of MAY of 2023 to be delivered on 26th May 2023. But received a call that address was unreachable and money would be refunded back.
I am provided with a coupon code to redeem a similar package, BUT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN THE SAME. I REQUESTED FOR REFUND, since i did online payment, But still my money is not refunded. Please look into the matter and GET MY MONEY REFUNDED. because even if i use the coupon to redeem the offer, it might again turn false and again ill be provided with a second coupon. Details are as below:

I have placed the order for cake in june and done the payment for it but they have cancelled the order and now they r not refunding the money.

I ordered a bouquet worth Rs 499 on 23 August 2023. One lady called in the evening claiming that she was from myflowerapp.com. She told me that my order could not be delivered due to my area not being deliverable.
I requested for refund and they sent me an email saying that refunds would be completed within 7-10 business days. It is been 11 days since then, I have not received any refund. Kindly raise a complaint against this kind of fraud company.

My Order ID:[protected] where I ordered cake online for an amount of Rs. 1168.My order was not delivered. And I was told that the amount will be refunded back to my account. so far, I have not received the amount .

Please take necessary action to refund my money at immediately.

I ordered cake on 8 August but my order was cancelled by them and they told me that we will refund your money to the account. After passing 12 days, the amount was not received. This is literally unprofessional behaviour of the company.

I ordered a cake and few gifts to be delivered on 20th August 2023 and I paid 1144 via gpay.
Since then I started following up on the same to make sure that the order will be delivered on time.
Today, the exact day the order supposed to be delivered on, they said it Got cancelled due to unavailability. And I didn't even get updated on my order status till I got to contact them. Poor customer service.
Also till this moment I haven't received any email on my refund.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and cake to be delivered to an address in Ooty on 22/07/2023. My order number was[protected] and I paid Rs. 1697/- online via debit card. An hour later I got a call saying it can’t be delivered due to unavailability and the amount will be refunded. It has been 4 weeks I have been constantly following up and emailiing but there has been no action from them. Their phone numbers are unavailable all the time and on mail they say they are looking into it. I have seen other similar complaints online about them and I’m convinced they are a fraud company.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this website. I placed an order for a cake and made a payment, but I have yet to receive the delivery or a refund. It's evident that this website is fraudulent, as they have completely ignored my attempts to reach out to them. They neither respond to calls nor allow any form of contact, essentially blocking any means of communication. This level of deceit is unacceptable, and I urge others to be cautious and avoid falling victim to their scams. My trust has been shattered, and I hope that appropriate action will be taken against such unscrupulous practices.

This Order #[protected] is Cancelled from Myflowerapp company end. Still Refund is not yet Credited to the source account.

We have called more than 20 times asking for the refund and the Customer care people are so rude& UNPROFESSIONAL when we ask about the refund.

I ordered a cake on 12th july using myflowerapp. Firstly they accepted the ordered and after some time they cancelled the order saying that they are delivering in that area. Now when i asked for refund they are just ignoring. This is a fraud company and they are stealing money from innocent people. This is new kind of online fraud going on.

I had placed an order25th July 2023, I got a message on what app saying due to some issue order will be cancelled. Since then I am following up for my the payment done 997 Rs but funds are not refunded back to me. I have been calling, sending messages on what's app and also sending email but no luck. I need my money back. I have seen multiple similar complains against Myflow app website, requesting to take strict action against them. We have to loose our hardened money for no reason.

I have order using myflowerapp they cancelled my order saying they are under maintenance and gave a coupon code to redeem at next order, how fair is this when they are under maintenance they want us to order again using code which is my own money instead not refunding to my account. This is like a scam they will take order, cancel the order and give coupon code instead refund so that they will do same next order as well.

I ordered one bouquet amounting to Rs.499/- vide order no.[protected] on 23/7/2023 which was undelivered and reason for that was was communicated to me telephonically - [protected] on 24/7/2023 at 12.15pm by their executive.

Further, their executive assured me that a confirmation email will also send to me shortly and a refund of Rs. 499/- will also be done. But till date no email or refund has been received from their end.

It is also submitted that their refund policy is just none for use. They send me one coupon code instead of money back in respect of refund. That means I am again bound to order any product from their application.

Sir, It is, therefore, requested to register this complaint and a serious action may please be taken against this company at the earliest.

I placed an order on 5th July which they cancelled and didn't refund the money as well. It feels bad and very frustrating as hard earned money is taken away for nothing. They don't even respond to email or calls

I had placed Order #[protected] dt 27 June 2023 for an amount of Rupees 645/- and it was confirmed that the Mug and Chocolates will be delivered on 1St July 2023.
Neither the gift was delivered nor there is any response from MyFlowerApp.
This is the second time they have cheated. They are very cheap company and just for Rs 645/- once again I have to write to Consumer Complaints. This Company must be debarred from internet listing. The are TOTALLY FAKE.

Stunning Red Roses With Bournville-- ordered this but no delivery done and no way to reach to them- big fraud...pls help in refunding.

UPDATE: NOW THESE GUYS CANCELLED MY ORDER AND SAYING CAN’T INITIATE THE REFUND. TOTAL FRAUDS. MY AMOUNT AROUND RS1700 GOT WASTED. TOTALLY GOT CHEATED BY THESE GUYS... I have placed an order#[protected] on 12th APR 2023 and as of no update from these and no movement in order progress. The order supposed to be delivered today around 11pm but suddenly receive a call saying that they are cancelling the order and moving the amount Rs1660 to the wallet. When you guys can’t deliver, what’s the use of wallet. After that, I have checked and found lot of negative reviews and now I understood this is a fraud company. Cancel my order and initiate a refund to my source account. Never ever order from this website.
