I have placed an order ID:[protected].

The order has one flower bouquet along with fruit bucket and 3 chocolates.

I have paid rupees 2688 where fixed time delivery charge is included.
I have paid the amount from my credit card.

The order supposed to be delivered by 11 AM (23/05/2022).

The order is not yet confirmed and I talked to the agent over chat and they are saying team...

Dear Sir,

I have requseted these to deliver the cake online on 22nd May 2022 and same i have done the payment on 20th may 2022 total amount INR 2689 till the time these unale to the deliver the cake and there is no contact from there side

so i request you to ask them to refund this amount....

I had ordered an Eggless coffee cake 2 days before which an executive called and asked to change to chocolate Truffle cake.
Later the cake they delivered was a third class cake which any local bakery sells for 200rs.
I had paid Rs899 for premium quality cake of 0.5kg which was not fulfilled....

On my 17th wedding anniversary I ordered my wife's favourite pink roses but company delivered Red roses. Instructions were given in the order that if product is not available they should call me.
My complaint customer care and the agreed back product was not available.
I am looking for refund of rupees 1373 from them.

I have order one cake on occasion of mother's day on 08.05.2022 from myflowerapp and paid full amount but order is not yet delivered nor i receive my refund.

i receive a call from my flower app but product is not yet delivered...

I placed my order on 8th May for mother's day.This company accepted my order but did not deliver my. When I asked for refund they are saying that it is not under their policy.

    I have order a cake worth 1200 and paid 250 rps extra for midnight delivery on 10-05-22 if we track with order number its showing out for delivery from 10 pm on 10-05-22 but till now i.e[protected] pm we did not recive order and if we ask them about order they are literally not responding to any of the mails or chat and no contct number provided by them
    Is this the way they behave we order something to bring a smile on some ones face but these people are completly fake fake and fake

      Myflowerapp — Non delivery of paid items

      Rs 1512 paid online for 3 items to be delivered on 8th May 2022 for mothers day. But only 2 items received . No proper response after mails as well as chats. only reply from their sole chat agent is that they have shipped . But they are not giving any update where the shippment is or when it will be delivered. tracking shows order completed. Mothers day is over and its 10th still dont know anything about the missed product. No telephone numbers...

      I have ordered a cake for Rs. 1389.from myflowerapp.com. It was not delivered and there was no customer care no.to contact. Worst experience ever! There was a pop up chat box where on complaining they mentioned that they wont refund the amount and asked me to purchase some other item. I insisted on getting the refund. But later when I agreed to purchase some other item of the same amount they stopped replying. Please take strict action against...

      Myflowerapp — Gift ordered 3 days back not delivered

      I had ordered( order number[protected] a gift on[protected] for an amount of Rs.1800 to be delivered after 2 days.No proper communication regarding the order made or delivery was informed .There is no any alternative to contact customer executive .There is no proper response .The order is not yet delivered.No means of coomunication is possible....

They claim themselves to be trustworthy but I could not reach to any CUSTOMER service mentioned in the website..In Track order, it is still showing that it is in processing.       I placed an order of birthday cake and flowers worth INR 1778 on May 7th 2022. They charged extra amount of Rs. 195/- just for fixed time delivery to be done on May 8th, 2022 in between 1 to 2 pm.
      However, on tracking the order, there had been no update regarding the same. The person to whom I sent the cake and flowers, didn't receive any call from them, nor was there any delivery done. There is no contact number on company's website....

      I have ordered a cake and a gift from this app also paid them extra money for fast delivery but they are stealing people's money and then sitting calmly also i have tried mailing them since week but not really good response i got... i have ordered this may 3rd in the morning 10:14 AM and paid them exactly 989 rupees !...

      I ordered a cake through my flower app for my father's birthday as advertised in Thier website and they promised to deliver it on the date and they took the amount from me and then later they are telling they don't have half kg cake and I have to pay again for 1 kg cake.They advertised and took amount for half kg cake from me and I paid for it. I told them to give me refund and they are not responding now.My order number is[protected]

        I ordered a cake for my father's birthday through myflower app the order number is[protected].They didn't deliver the order and they already took money from me.Now they are telling they don't have half kg cake and I need to pay additional amount for the product to get delivered.I told them to give my refund as I paid for half kg cake as advertised by them and not for 1 kg cake which they are telling now.They are not responding for asking refund.

          I ordered a cake via myflower app on 28-April-2022. I was charged extra Rs 195 for a delivering in a time slot (fixed time delivery). When it was not delivered on time, they said that my place is far away and required the charge for delivering to this place and they provided a new delivery time. This was a lie in first place, as I spoke with the person who makes cake and he confirmed that they deliver to my place very often.
