I ordered a Ronaldo Iconic Celebration Statue from MyGoat Store on 2nd October 2025 and received it on 8th October 2025. Instead of the item I ordered, I was sent a Cristiano Ronaldo Statue (CR7). I reported the issue within 3 hours of delivery and shared all proofs—invoice, opening video, and order screenshot. The seller acknowledged the mistake and promised a refund, but even after repeated follow-ups, I haven’t received it. This delay and lack of response have caused mental stress and financial loss.
