I have ordered apple earphones on tresor myimaginestore online on 16th july 2021 the amount got deducted from my HDFC bank account but they are saying that they haven't received the amount,
i have checked with bank also and they have confirmed that amount is successfully transferred to merchants account but still merchant is denying even after providing the proof of bank's mail.
When i try to reachout to merchant and say that bank has confirmed then they say email to our support id you will get revert but they don't response.
Its been a harassment for me from last 10days.
i have called them 50times but still no resolution.
