Sr. Executive Sales- Retail Mr. Sachin Sapra alongwith Mr. Rakesh Thakur Senior Head of Area visited my under construction site and agreed upon that if I purchase MYK Laticrate for getting the grouting in more then 5000 Sq. Feet area, they will get the job done by their applicator & I had to purchase 34 units from M/s Roshan lal garg steel Co., Gurugram on dated 28 /31.08. 2020, which was supplied "OF EXPIRED PERIOD" with due connivance of Mr Sachin. Also he had assured that the will be done under his personnel supervision. Now the grouting job has done only in one room and rest all is pending. Due to the mischievous deal {best known to both of them } between Mr. Sachin & Applicator Mr. Sarfraaz, my work is pending for more than 45 days. I already wrote here but nothing happen except Mr. Rakesh Thakur 's visit who also suggested me three names of so called applicators for getting the job done at my own. Such a fraudulent act of an executive of a Reputed Company MYK LATICRATE has put a question mark for simple unknown customers like me.
Invoices of above vendor M/s Roshan lal garg steel Co., Gurugram No.511/ 28.08.2020, 543 & 548 dated 31.08.20. In such a shocking state, is there any senior executive of the COMPANY who will initiate any action in the issue and get my job done.
Such an negligent, cheating and irresponsible act of MYK Laticrate is ground enough to initiate suitable legal action, yet it is humbly requested to get the needful done as per initial assurances / commitment on which basis the material has been sold out to me against online banking payment.
