In April 2021, My Money Karma company got in touch with me for Home Loan Balance Transfer. Company employee name - Asima Sahoo (91-[protected]).
Since the very beginning I had clearly told the company that i wanted a loan based on Repo rate. However when I received the approval letter in June, the approval letter was using Retail Prime Lending rate.
However, by then I had paid Rs 5000 as processing charge. I followed up with the company but they refused to change the loan to Repo and also never returned the processing fee fo rs 5000.
