This is regarding the ongoing issue with my orderID # 1175106 [protected] I ordered a shoes in size uk9 for which I received a size uk11 that too without a genuine brand box, without tags on shoe, there were supposed to be extra three pair of laces which were missing, to this I raised a complaint at Myntra (IN[protected]) to exchange my product to which they replied that they will investigate this case and will be able to provide refund and not exchange, now today morning I received a message from Myntra saying that my complaint has been rejected because the product went through quality check before it was delivered to me, I want to know what kind of quality did it went through were the details mentioned on box and shoe tongue don't match, where there was no genuine box, I want a fair solution to my issue ASAP, I won't be waiting for long and wasting my time for this issue, and also I request celebrities like Kiara Advani not to promote these kind of brands or atleast do a QUALITY CHECK(background check) of these brands before promoting them, the seller was INDIFLASHMART Was this information helpful? |
