Bought a used textbook(Intro to Algorithms by Cormen et al.) from them. They sent me a pirated/counterfeit copy without the PHI hologram with terrible photocopy-like printing(for INR 820!). Even when I contacted them with an unboxing video and asked them to initiate a return, they ignored my messages and didn't take responsibility. Their practices reek of scam or fraud to me.
