Hello,
I have ordered 1 jacket from myshopify.com and I tried to contact them, but no response from their end. please check this. I am afraid to pay online and not get the product.

After payment I recieved a message:
"Hi Sijo, thanks for your purchase of Rs. 399.00 from nutsvilla9! We'll notify you when it ships. View order (#1189):Â https://nutsvilla9.myshopify.com/[protected]/orders/87c7e888aa250b1c0490ee370cf6...⇄

Above link they provided is not working and I have tried reaching shopify help center they have replied that they are not responsible for the shops listed under their site. Here is the reply I received from shopify help center:

"Ram (Support Advisor): Hi Sijo, how are you? Appreciate your time in reaching out. Got your message above, and I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to track your order. This is indeed very alaraming considering that you've spent your hard earned money. However, before anything else, I would like to humbly set your expectation on this situation. Shopify is the service that some shops use to build their website and shopping cart. We don’t ship or manage the stores’ inventory or orders. Each merchant’s shop is an independent business and they are responsible for running their business (fulfilling orders, etc). We are simply the company that provides the coding behind their website"

Hello, I have ordered 2 dresses from https://raziyafab.myshopify.com/ and I tried to contact them, but no response from their end. please check this. I am afraid to pay online and not get the product.

I had placed order on easy buuys shopify website for shirt. I had made the payment but i still have not recieved the product.

It has been 3 weeks but still no response. Please help me with this issue.

I don't like my parcel

I had ordered two flower pot from this website called "Floatmode.in" they were using Razorpay payment gateway. Received an order confirmation on mail, but when I tried to track the same second day, the website could no longer be accessed. Tried writing to them to enquire about it, but have received no response, neither have I received the product or any further communication. Infact their support email is not working. The order was obviously prepaid.

I had made a transaction of Rs 2433 on myshopify.com for purchase of dryfruits . I did my trasaction through Razorpay. It was done on 21/1021 . I am attaching screenshot of transaction sent to me on my mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Stop this transaction on urgent basis if not done . This may also stop other people to be cheated. Thanks

On 17 Oct 2021 i bought Shirt from myshopify.com ( Advertise seen on Facebook) i made payment with Gpay money debited from my account but product not delivered.

No response from the site in the email id provided
No update on the product even after a week of order

I ordered blender with stainless steel set that item price is 499 /- October 13th I ordered that items received a message and shipped on October 14 but still didn't received item and no message .once again I visited website its shown this store is unavailable

I have ordered baby cloths from myshopify website and order total is 1436.74 but now site is not opening it's completely fraud website.

The order has been made on 22nd september I waited for it to get shipped, but today is 12th October and still I don't have my order shipped. I contacted the seller and they earlier said to wait for 10-12 days and when I again mailed them after 15 days they said they don't have it available will refund. But I haven't yet got the refund back, please look into the issue ASAP.

I received dirty clothes instead of two suits.
Moreover when I called Krishnashi customer care they sent code to asked to say. That shop is fraud and moreover they tried to empty my account number.kindly take an action to close this app. They are cheating.

I had ordered to above progressive glasses plus 3 number but they wrongly delivered plus 2 number glasses and paid cash against delivery. Later I sent screen shot and emailed all the matter but they written me by mail, they will be look into this after 4 weeks later. Time of four weeks over but they didn't replace glasses nor refunded me any amount.
So I have to complaint this matter to get me right glasses or refund the amount paid.

I paid amount for 5 step kitchen rach i.e. 899. On Sep 26th. And there is now show off delivery n site also missing n their ID is girlpinkposhak.myshopif.com.

Tried to reached their email address [protected]@gmail.com. but no luck.

Shopif needs to take serious action for the same.
