Madam/Dear Sir,
I have ordered dryfruits from RkMart on Oct 1, 2022 and not received my order yet even I have paid extra amount for fast delivery within 2-3 business days. I saw this ads on Google flash news named Rk Mart and ordered under Myshopify business services through PayU, Gurgaon payment gateway my transaction ID is [protected] please resolve the issue so that I can get my refund.

I ordered a set of High Back Director Boss Executive Revolving Chair from Chairwood through the Shopify site on 17th September 2022 and till now there have been no updates on its delivery date and the site is not reachable for any updates or contacts.
An email sent to us by the company with the email ID [protected]@gmail.com was sent confirming the order that is now unreachable which has all the information regarding the order details.
The Order Number is #1072.
Kindly revert and please sort this issue out as soon as possible.

Sept 29 funds put on hold stating i had products not supported by Shopify.

I have had wigs on my website for over 2 years
I was devastated but i removed the products
I then called support to inform them i removed them.
I was told they would work on releasing my funds.
Next day they were released and 20-30 minutes later put on hold for another product.
This has continued for days and products keep being pin pointed.
The field provided by Shopify to upload my invoices wasnt working.
I have since uploaded invoices and sent emails and called multiple times to be told you will hold my funds longer if I don't quit calling. Also there is no way for me to directly speak to the person putting a hold on my account and no one to request an independent review of this issue.
I am a small business and this is devastating to me.
Trust and Safety needs checks and balances. If you have them in place i want to know what they are. It seems i have been targeted for some reason. I have absolutely loved working with shopify for the most part until recently.
Please help resolve this issue or i will go else where.
it seems you have me in limbo and i am just supposed to TRUST it is being handled when now i cant get anyone to respond.
I am now 21 emails and 4 different support people in with this issue

You took my store offline on the 19th of September Claiing y bank had requested a charge back for 2 products However Paypal had ade a mistake. Neverthe less it was found that you neer did pay any oney bac and your direct debit billing is still very active in paypal. I have since submitted these findings to your risk department who have not answered any emails . Even the chats summary sent to your team have not been worked on. MU store is offline now for 8 days . Not only am I incurring charges, the shop is not open . MY adverts are are bounsing vback and the SEO is not working. YOU are affecting my business with your silience and not responding

PLEASE CAN YOU RESPOND AND RESTORE MY STORE

I have purchased products of kromamenshub and haven't heard from them since 20 days. Now I am not able to find the website also

I had made a purchase after seeing the advertisement on Facebook by a shopify.com sub somain (Kroma Men's) - https://kroma-mens-hub.myshopify.com/ I had made a payment of INR 597 from Payu payment gateway (integrated with the subdomain). This also show the credibility of Payu payment gateway that Payu has created & validated & approved the account. Now, the store isn't existing and a new store with the products is shown as a sponsored advertisement (https://saletees-india-co-in.myshopify.com); same products, same scheme (Buy 3 get 2 free).

I purchased 2 shirts and 2 t-shirts from luisforce.myshopify.com. I paid 790 rs online. I received a confirmation mail but now I'm unable to open the website and I didn't receive the order. The link they gave is https://luisforce.myshopify.com/[protected]/orders/e9fb947b135b2ac9d5cd4e8f27906...⇄

I received a mail that your order is confirmed after that i went to the website and it is showing that this store is unavailable. I have made the payment online and replied to mail as well for tracking my order but i didn't received any reply from the store

On the website madaak.in, the offer was buy one get one pack free.one pack contains 6 storage box made of stainless frame structure.
The product i recieved has only one pack of 6 and that too has nothing to do with a stainless frame structure.its just a paper cloth kind. i paid 1000rs as cash on delivery.
Cod was free that day.
What is shown on the website is completely different from what is shown on the website.
I am trying to contact [protected]@gmail.com from the day the product delivered to me.but no reply no response has been received.
It is a total scam.
These are totally cheap and totally waste products.
They have refund policy too as shown on madaak.in
But no one is contacting
No contact number is there
No address is there

It hurts a lot to see my hard earned money to get lost in this scam.

Kindly do something.

Tried contacting on both but it failed. There are no way to access theses guys hence I believe it was a scam!

I want to complaining about the item delivered to me is wrong .I had ordered the combo set of earbuds+neckband at Rs.1599 but on delivery the item was not same as shown in the image and also not the combo ...so I want to return this item and proceed the payment back as soon as possible.
