I urge myshopify.com not to entertain some fraud sites which mislead customers by luring them and helping to swindle money.

Order for cobo shirts paid Rs.234.82 on 19th June but no response, even store diappeared from sight.

Sir I have ordered 3 salwar suits 15 days back from freestopp.sopify.com which advertisement was displayed on facebook website. I payed for that product from Google pay which was 717 rupees.but till now neither i got any message nor i received my ordered product from that site. I want my money back. Please help me.

We have been trying for nearly 3 months to resolvepassword issue...yes i forgot it...but then when i did remember and tried to login the Shopify website blocks me because I haven't been to my own site for 3 months. So weeks and weeks or email after email, submission of company documents, addresses, statments showing site fee paid and everything else...these ### can't figure out anything to make things better. I said hey sned a temp password to me via email, let's try that...did they? Noooooo it was too difficult...then we start getting emails that our payment for the site failed...hmmm...odd right since the card we use for auto pay doesn't expire until 2026...and has more than enough CREDit to pay the monthly fee...so then we start getting all these obscure emails...charging us with fraud...shutting down the site, but I notice that the email address being used is our secondary email on the account...and the only way to get that email is if Shopify has been HACKed...hey SHOPIFY have you been HACKed? AGAIN?

In any case, here we are 3 months on and not one resolution has come from Shopify...further to our argument that they are lazy and incompetent...not one person is really accountable but they still make millions off of all o[censored]s.

I placed an order for 3 shirts on[protected] on this website by paying 398/-online by googlepay for which i didnt recieved any notification on my given mobile number as said and i also called many time to their given mail but no response coming from their side.

In name of tshirts they would advertize. But as oon as you buy anything they are no where visible.

Their support gmail is bouncing and shopify.com expect you to know exact url otherwise will not allow you to submit the request.

I ordered an item from a shpify store called https://refurbsystore.myshopify.com/ . The money deducted but no confirmation came. I tried connecting with them over phone and email but no reply. Later I knew that the it was someone else’s number when someone picked up. Then I checked the store address which was also fake. These people are making fool of customers by taking money and not delivering anything.

I have ordered a Robot Rkmacro on 19th but I am unable to track it down my order number is #1008

I order a product paid total amount but I didn't recieve any text my order I'd is #1049

I found the supplier is fraud. i also got contact from paytm help center i.e.

I've placed an order of ₹338 from womenfashions212.myshopify.com for which I have not received any delivery details except an email in the spam which is from a non existing mail id right now. The webpage is also not available now. I want the refund of ₹338 from the store or the product to be delivered. The order ID as send in the email is #1103 and the payment ID is[protected] via PayUmoney. I strongly believe consumer rights have some voice.

I was looking for a earphone I searched on Google I saw a website called RUHANI GADGET i clicked on it there was very good products available cheap in price I ordered a product called Boat airdopes 701 ANC I pay for it via phone pay 249 rupees ammount is directed from my account but i didn't recieve any type of confirmation message or email.
