    I have purchased for cooking oil and makhana through foram mart onling shopping page. I have paid Rs.598/- on 22.03.2022. But I didnt receive any order status or anything. While im trying enter in the page I was purchased could not be opened

Its a fraudulent website and can be easily used for cheating...

            Dear Team,

            Please help me with my order I placed a order on[protected] and I paid the payment already of Rs 762.45.and its been 1 week. but I didn't received my order and now the link from which I order is not working too. and their is no customer care no or email id whom I contact regarding my order.
            I attached my order summary for your reference. Please help me in this problem . after this incident i go through the reviews of Shopify and their is so many consumer who is having same problem like me and this is unethical.

            Please take some action and help me too.

              I've already submitted a complaint here after emailing both Shopify and the merchant and not getting a response.

              Now i have checked the website again but they have deleted it.

              I don't understand how Shopify is verifying it's merchants and holding them accountable, because this would not have happened if they did so.

              I still didn't get any response from either Shopify or the merchant.

                I ordered for a 4 rack kitchen organizer, paid money. Received just a single e-mail for confirmation. After that, no response, no contact and when I click the link they have given in the confirmation mail, it shows that "The store is unavailable".

                Its a fraudulent website and can be easily used for cheating....

                I made on order on the below mentioned website -

                The same order amount was paid through paytm for Rs.596/-
                And got a mail confirmation for the same. The day after ordering I checked the site link then it was showing that Something went wrong & This store is unavailable.

                Tried to email them and ask for the same on info.[protected]@gmail.com, but it turned out to be infutile as there was no response.
                Can you please look into the matter and solve this issue

                      I ordered a set of 6 bras and undies on perfectfeel222. Not only are the pictures on the website completely misleading and the products extremely bad in quality, I got a completely different order of 3 bras and no undies.

                      I would like to return this order and I want a refund. I have emailed the merchant 3 times and they have not replied yet.
                      Shopify hasn't gotten back to me either so my next step would be to file a police complaint if i don't get a reply about the return of these items.

                      This is no way to do a business. There is absolute lack of quality in both product and service.

                            Had ordered shoe on western swag but didn't get any order details. Paid online and in that paytm name is Rutvik and not company name. Please don't click any such links to shop online. Use a brand website or known market place!! Cheaters around !

                                  I have purchased 2 shirts from white cruise on Feb 14th 2022.
                                  Paid Rs. 398 in advance as the page said there is no COD due to covid situation.
                                  Once i have paid there is no receipt mail or message from white cruise. After 2days i called the customer care it was ivalid and not existing. I mailed but the given mail id was fake. Now there is no option to contact them and my money wasted.
