I ordered a Mysore silk saree from a website named MysorePattu Sarees. after seeing their advertisements online. However, the product I received is completely different from what was shown on the website — poor quality and not even close to the saree I ordered.
The seller name mentioned on the parcel/invoice was “Rashmiwala” (or similar), which is different from the website name. I immediately tried contacting their customer support through email and phone, but there has been no response at all.
This clearly appears to be a fraudulent or fake online store deceiving customers by using the Mysore Pattu brand name.
