[Resolved]  Mysore Urban Development Authority — Providing Electrictiy and water connection

Sir, Mysore Urban Development Authority have allotted sites at Shanth Veri Gopal Gowda Nagara and Lal Bahadur Shastri Nagara during 2008. I was the first person to construct house in the allotted site and I have taken CR and paying regular property tax which is fixed by the Department. Now, nearly 10 - 20 houses have come up and till date MUDA has not taken any action in providing Electricity and Water connection. From 2010 I am paying Commercial rate towards electricity as I have taken temporary connection. The rate which I am paying towards the electricity is Rs.8.75 per unit. Water supply is my own as I have dug bore well. I have requested nearly 20- 30 time to MUDA regarding the same but in vain. The Authority have never cared for my request. It is the prime duty of MUDA to develop the layout with all infrastructural facility and then allot the sites. In turn they allot the site without developing the layout. In view of the above, I request you to consider my complaint against MUDA and give me Justice in the matter. Thanking you Yours faithfully S.Varija
