Good morning. I had ordered two jerseys from the website mysportskart.com on 11 jul 21 and the order no. Is MSK2038. I had made an online payment of rs1443/- for the purchase. However till date there has been no response from the website on my order and no details of when they will deliver my items till date. I have tried my best to get across to them through their chat id, but unfortunately nil response from there as well.
I have read the reviews of the website after I experienced difficulties in contacting the website and found out that numerous people have been complaining about this website for not delivering the product they have purchased.
I would like to bring this to your notice that the website is still active and I am sure more and more people are falling prey to it every day. Therefore I request you to register my complain and undertake the following actions against the website :-
A thorough check on the IP address of the website to check from where it’s being operated.
Register a case against the website under cyber crime regulations.
Block the website mysportskart.com permanently to avoid more people falling trap into it.
Refund of my amount/ delivery of my product which ever is possible once the owner of the website is caught.
