On 13th aug 2017, i got a call from sanjana yadav (Contact number[protected] & she told me that i am selected as a winner out of 5 persons & you will get a prize infront of media. Then she asked me to say 3 items, i told 1. I phone 2. Honda activa 3. Led tv. She told me that if i purchase a sliver membership then i get a one smart watch, one power bank and one scratch card & inside the scratch card definitely any one item out of those 3 items. Then for confirmation i called the customer care (Contact number[protected], she told me if sanajana yadav is saying then its ok. For silver member ship i paid rs. 2999.in first delivery of parcel i received the smart watch & power bank but didn't receive the scratch card. Than i called the customer care (Contact number[protected] then she was arguing that she sent but finally she accept the mistake & she send the scratch card, i also called to sanjana yadav, she told me for providing the prize out of those 3, scratch is preparing separately and after some days it will send to you. At this time i had some doubt in my mind that the customer care person & sanjana yadav replying different statements. After some days i got a scratch card & i saw the card, inside this there is a power bank. This incident i told to customer care but she is denying & said you get whatever is inside the scratch card. And sanajna yadav’s contact number is not connecting. This is the case of fraud. For selling your products you lie the people & make them fool. Was this information helpful? |
