Saw an advertisement in newspaper about this mytica resort, khandala
Who were selling their studio flats as an holiday home for 20lacs. Plus if you only plan to stay there 30days a year they would take it on lease from you and pay you monthly rent plus 30 days stay free. They were planning to run it as a full time resort.
The idea sounded good and was reasonable so we went ahead and paid in full. Little did we know that the owners and directors will be so cheap and a big fraud who would just take our money and won't give us any response. Till date there is no possession or any rent paid by them. The director will just run away if you try to go there and meet him. Will fir would be the option to go for? As its a clear case of cheating and fraud.
