I've booked a ticket via AirAsia.com from Kochi(India) to Visakhapatnam(India) and the date of travel is 23.12.2021. The flight got cancelled and they said I can claim a full refund. So, I opted for a full refund and it was claimed. Since the payment was made via MYSTIFLY, I was asked to contact them and ask to release the refund given by AirAsia. I looked for the number on the internet and it is [protected]. I tried calling them, and each time I did, I was sent into an endless waiting loop for over 2 years. I did it 3 times and it was almost 6hours. I could find no other way to contact them.
