Complaint:
I enrolled in a course with MyTectra in February 2025, paying the full course fee from my hard-earned internship savings, believing their promises of professional training.
Unfortunately, the experience was a complete betrayal of trust:
Classes were poorly organized, not aligned with the promised schedule.
Only 13 classes were conducted, including trial/demo sessions from multiple trainers.
No proper instructors or continuous training was provided.
Realizing the course was not worth the investment, I formally requested a refund on February 15, 2025.
Since then:
I have made countless calls and sent multiple emails.
I raised a complaint through the National Consumer Helpline.
I posted on social media to seek help.
I have all proof, including call recordings, payment receipts, and message logs.
Misleading & Unprofessional Conduct by MyTectra Staff:
Venkatesh stopped responding to my messages and may have even blocked my number.
Pruthvi raised her voice at me when I called for ...roviding assistance.
At one point, I was told I would get a 50% refund only if I removed my review. I agreed and removed it, but after that, they refused to process the refund.
This behavior is both unethical and mentally exhausting for a student who trusted this company with her money. It is unacceptable that I have had to chase them for over six months for a refund that should have been processed immediately.
My Demands:
Immediate full refund of the course fee paid.
Commitment to improve training and refund policies for future students.
If this matter is not resolved within 7 working days, I will proceed with:
Filing a legal case in the consumer court under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Submitting all call recordings and documents as evidence.
Sharing my experience across major review and media platforms to warn other students.
Requested Resolution: Full Refund + Apology.
Proof Available: Payment receipt, class schedule, call recordings, message logs, and email correspondence.
