WORST EVER SERVICE STATION THAT I HAVE SEEN IN MY 37 YEARS OF CAR OWNING.Very very bitter experience. From the time these people from the BPOs' kept calling me till my car was serviced and given it was a night marish experience. No one knows what was happenning to my car? I sent it for the usual regular service and they siad some 50 point tests and the report shall also be given to me.
Second was, I wanted them to attend to the dent, tinkering and painting as well. For which, no insurance claim, but I opted out to pay CASH. While they promised me 4-5 days time, they took 15 days ...that also after my distress call after the 10th day onwards to deliver back my car! They seem to have hurriedly finished the body shop work as it was so shabby with paint drops and clutters of paint all over the body. It was also patchy and no professional work seems to have been involved. Despite me sending a mail to some seniors like seema charles and Sarath, there had been no reply. When I spoke to some one PRAVIN who happens to be a Manager, disowned every damn thing and said he was HELP less.  Finally I got my car to my dismay and there wasn't any polish done under the 4399?- scheme. That offer never to have worked but only the actuals were billed. CHEAStrange?????????????? NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR CAR/S TO THESE ###, never trust them for even pumping air, lest they shall suck your life. Was this information helpful? |
