This is a formal escalation regarding the extremely poor service and harassment faced at myTVS Car Service Center, Kalkere, Bengaluru.

Timeline:
• 3 Mar 2026 – Spoke with Rubel Babu Mathew (+[protected] regarding gear cable replacement and service.
• 4 Mar 2026 – Vehicle handed over with promise of same-day delivery.
• 5 Mar 2026 – Staff stopped responding to calls. Manager Pratheep Rajendra Prasad (+[protected] later admitted the part had not even been replaced due to unavailability.
• 6 Mar 2026 – Now being told the part is still unavailable and delivery may be delayed by another 2 days.
Requests to source the part from other vendors were refused citing “company policyâ€. Compensation for inconvenience was also refused.
