Mytvs Coimbatore — "Dissatisfaction with MyTvs Car Service: Steering Issue and Unresponsive Vehicle In-Charge"

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Gajendran, and I own a Polo car. Recently, I have availed MyTvs Coimbatore general service for my vehicle. After receiving the car, the in-charge, Kalaiselvan, informed me about a minor issue with the Lower arm and suggested it be replaced if possible, though not extremely necessary. I accepted the suggestion and authorized the replacement.

However, after the service was completed, I took a test drive and noticed that the steering felt hard and did not return to the Zero position. Kalaiselvan also suggested changing the Suspension mount, which I agreed to, but the problem persisted even after the mount replacement. This issue was not the initial reason for which I had given the car for servicing. Furthermore, the vehicle in-charge was unresponsive when I raised my concerns about the steering problem.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided, and I urgently seek an explanation for the steering issue. Kindly take this matter seriously and provide clarification promptly.
