I handed over my XUV 500 car to the TVS driver on June 5 at 10:05 AM with the promise of same-day delivery for general service and a boot door complaint. According to the chauffeur, I was expected to receive a call from the service engineer to inquire about the service's requirements. Since MYTVS provided no respite for 4 PM, Then I went to the service centre to ask how the service was going. When I got to the reception, I met Mr. Pradeep, who was assigned as the service engineer for my car. He said that your car arrived at our premises at 12.45 PM (as per gate entry 11 AM reached at service center), and that we are planning to start service at 5 PM even though it might take another hour. without knowing the specific concern, Got astonished when they promised to deliver my car by 6 PM without understanding the specifics of my car's complaint or service needs. In this hour, they should have completed all 24 point inspections and 6 more services, so I'm not satisfied with their response time or misleading promises. After a lengthy conversation, I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Keerthikannan, the center's manager, who eventually delivered my car without any servicing at 4:07 PM.
Inspired and provided my car in the name of TVS because, in my personal experiences, it is a reputable and trustworthy corporation. These individuals made my day such a miserable experience. My whole day gone there, However thanks to all for the smooth delivery of my car in same condition,
