N/a — Fast tag service related

Hi,
Airtel fast tag service is very horrible. They advertising we are no1 but actuality is different. in difficulties they don't have solution. Actually i am the user of airtel since 6 years. my car wind screen is damage so i re issue the fast tag from app and it will take 14 days to delivered but they blacklisted my old fast tag without any information. I applied from app only on that they mentioned reason but not mention information like old will be deactivate. it means they want that if customer will travell he should pay double toll till the new fast tag received. I called airtel custom care that is also pathetic. They have only single line that you need to wait till 14 days. We are living in technology era but airtel don't have technology like once customer activate new fast tag and old will be deactivate by default. It can save the money and trouble also.
