They sent a letter along with a scratch coupon naming to claim the amount of₹120000 and 7.8lac mentioned in scratch coupon. They said us to fill the details on letter send it by whatsapp. They forwarded another coupon with printed name o[censored]s on it. As yesterday was christmas they didn't contacted with us today they called us and asked us to send ₹9000 as processing fee... We regretted as fraud and complaining you
