Nadeem Zaveri — Request for a refund

Hi,
My name is Mohamed Jaffer from Chennai.

I have saw his abroad job oppurtuinities messages in facebook on 22nd of june. in the covid 19 2nd wave time.

After i contact him ill sent my all details, images of passport he asked me for service charges of Rs, 5000/- after that i will send the visa and ticket to you and i sent the money to his paytm account[protected]. (MOHAMMED NADEEM MOHAMMED UMER ZAVERI)through my phonepe on 3rd july'21.

after 7days later when the flights are open he asked Rs, 10000/- more for flight tickets price are high now and you get the refund this amount in there.

again i sent the amount to his account. on 10th of jul'21

after the payment his phone is not worked and he not replying.
after 1.5months more passed out again he send the message your visa is ready you will get it evening and you have to Rs, 5000/-more for this after the discuss i paid the Rs, 5000/- to him on 26th of aug '21 and till now he not send any details also his mobiles are switched off.

i dont know how and where i go to complaint about him.
bcoz iam in chennai he is from mumbai.
