Hi Yamaha Team, I want to complaint about the bad experience when i was brought FZ-FI V3.0 bike from Nadhanii Motors Mettupalayam branch.

I come to know this dealer through Paper ad as they mentioned they are selling the bikes in best price(On Road Rate) with great offers. I have visited the showroom and get the quotation also. I compare with other dealers and this dealer quotation is best i feel with offers they mentioned.

Offer Details: 1. 2000 cash discount 2. full tank petrol & Helmet free 3. Bike Cover free.
When i ask them first time, they said the All three offers are available if i take the bike in loan or else full cash payment. But when i go directly to the showroom, they changed and say we can provide any one offer and finally concluded they will provide Full Tank Free with the Bike On Road price as 3000 reduced from the amount they mentioned in On Road Price. This is the final conclusion so i paid 2000 as advance booking amount. After 2 days i come to know they will provide the insurance as 1+4 years coverage i.e) 1 year will cover for bike and other 4 years cover for 3rd party if any accident happen. I enquire with other dealer they will provide for 5+5 years i.e) Years coverage for Bike and 5 yrs for third party. I feel the other dealer has provide good service in insurance. So i have asked to repay my advance money as i will go with other dealer as they are providing good coverage for Insurance but this Nadhanii Motors Owner has not accept that he threatening as i have to buy the bike from him only. After i discuss with my friends and relatives i agree to buy the bike from Nadhanii motors with full cash payment and i paid on the same day(05-June-19). After all the formalities completed i asked them about the Full Tank petrol offer, he is not agreeing that also and speaking in Cheating manner and ask me to leave the place. I feel very disguised and frustrating to take the bike from this dealer. Everyone will be happy when buying the new bike, but i am really not happy and so depressed that day because of this dealer manners. After i pay the full cash his behavior has totally different.He is promising the eye-Catching Offers through advertisement and not carry out any thing as he mentioned. He asked me "Did i written to anywhere will i give the offer to you"? According to Indian Law (general statutory rules (GSR) 589 (e), dated September 16, 2006) the dealer has to provide the Helmet who are buying bikes. But they haven't provide Helmet as well Which is not correct according to law. Please YAMAHA team don't appreciate these kind of dealers in future which is lose for ordinary man who is saving their small amount to big savings for their dream things. Most of the people(even me) Love YAMAHA products so much compare to other company model but people will lose their interest because of these Worst Dealer.
