this to inform you about the damaged sever pipeline of my house, which is just because of the people who are making the road, we are facing a serious problem as the pipe got damage in the mid way and now no body is helping. lots of smell and dirty water is accumulating near my house, which is harmful for my family, as well as for others. my complaint no. is 3899. but nobody is looking after this.
please sir help me as soon as possible.. i shall be highly oblige.

for your kind information h. no 90/233 iftikhara bad Kanpur nagar is my residence. my house gate remains a lot of storage of garbage whole day while adjacent to the garbage a water tank is kept by the corporator of same ward so that same area has lot of dirt n because of this act whole locality polluted $ it may cause of life taking n swear disease for all at that case who one responsible for this. kindly let me know how i can exit from the same problem.

so I request to u plz take strong action & permanently destroy the illegal garbage center.

This complaint is regarding cruelty done by Nagar Nigam Lucknow.
I Shah Abdur Rahman (Advocate) is a local resident of Madeyganj Khadra Opposite Shia P.G.College, Lucknow.
When one moves on the lane opposite Shia P.G. College a muslim graveyard exists on the way to karbala malika afaq sahiba. the wall of Muslim Graveyard leading to karbala hardly 10 meters from main Sitapur Road is continuously for more than a year is being used illegally by Nagar Nigam officials as a garbage dumping station. dozens of pigs belonging to nobody are seen loitering here and there. Several attempts were made to approach sabhasad Musavvir Ali but he neither picks the phone nor can be accessed in any other way as his officials never let any body meet him by giving unreasonable excuses. The case was reported to Apar Nagar Ayukt in person and he said we have no other option as the government has not given a place and we will continue.

I WANT TO ASK YOU A QUESTION THAT IS IT FINE FOR A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL TO ANSWER A QUESTION IN THIS MANNER AND INSTEAD OF CLEANING THE MAIN ROAD NAGAR NIGAM CARBAGE LIFTERS ARE DUMPING GARBAGE AND LATER ON SOME OF THE GARBAGE IS BEING LIFTED BY NAGAR NIGAM TRUCK AND GARBAGE LIFTING MACHINE.

YOU ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO DO SOMETHING AND STOP THIS PROCESS SO AS TO MAINTAIN THE DIGNITY OF MUSLIM GRAVEYARD AS WELL AS TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF MUSLIM COMMUNITY IN THE LOCALITY. I HAVE SO MANY PHOTOGRAPHS DEPICTING MY VERSIONS AND THEY MAY BE PRODUCED BEFORE YOU AS AN EVIDENCE.

Sir,please arrange to get the streetlight in order at your earliest to get street lightened in the night.I tried to complaint in Nagar Nigam more than 5 times but response were nil. please

Dear sir,
We live in Motipokhra Basharatpur Ward No-5 [ Malin Basti].Here is very bad condition of our locality. I beg to draw your kind attention towards our insanitary locality.the sweeper is very careless and irregular, some times no sweeper comes for many days and drains remains or closed, blocked they gives out foul smell mosquetoes and flies breed in them and the water of drains is blowing on the road due to block drains.
In this area there is a person namely Om Praksh whose cast is dome and makes pigs to breed in this area and breeding of pigs is very harmful for health . Incflities is wide spread in gorakhpur and due to this many people are affected in this area seriously.
The attention of the Sanitary Inspector was draw to this bad condition but there is no result come.we people, therefore request you to visit the locality personaly and see things for yourself.
I hope you wiill be kind enough to look into the matter and get the place cleaned up as early as possible.

On 27/09/2010 I lodged a complaint regarding irregular visit of person who was deputed to collect garbage from our area 506/16 MUMFORDGANJ , near HIG colony . Very sorry to inform you that despite of my complaint here is no one to solve our problem. Today one man collected Rs. 50/ as charges to be paid by us to vendor who is deputed to our lane to collect garbage. but the amount fixed by nagar nigam is Rs 40/ as published in newspaper. When we ask him about our complain he told us that its not his job and we have to inform in writting to nagarnigam and he is deputed to collect charges only. ....... KYA DADAGIRI HAI ? Is there anyone to solve our problem?

Mr. Devi Shanker Dubey S/o late Hari Shanker Dubey Employee on Nagar Nigam Gorakhpur . After death of his father in service period he got employed in nagar nigam gorakhpur (his father was an employee of nagar nigam gorakhpur) .His father late Hari Shanker Dubey had a land in Indira Nagar (rasul pur), gorakhpur city as 60x30 feet.
but Mr. Devi Shanker Dubey captured more 7x30 feet area in road while building there house. Later in Nov,2008 he again captured more 15x30feet area even that was Kharanja road built by Nagar Nigam Gorakhpur.
On complaint of his one neighbor Nagar nigam gorakhpur inpected and found he really captured and damage the road, on order of Mandalayukt Mr. P.K.Mohanty GDA Gorakhpur file case 29/09 and after hearing for that case GDA decided to dimolish that construction on road by Devi shaker Dubey and his mother Mrs Satya Bhama Dubey.
Also Commissnor Gorakhpur and Hight Court Ilahabad also aproved demolison order of GDA. even due to any reason that illegal construction on road could not demolished yet.
but it have to demolish soon.
i want to ask , is it possible to take any departmental action against Mr. Devi Shanker Dubey on charge of damage public Kharanja Road and build wall and tin shade?
Honb. Commisioner Gorakhpur mr. P.K.Mohanthy allready have been order to suspand Devi Shanker Dubey due to this case but he gave releafe from suspansion upto prove it. now it have been proven .

inomplete road consruction work
Sir,
I am from prem vihar colony near gaughat raw water jal sansthan, ahmed ganj, thakur ganj, lucknow.3-4years long period ago a road construction work started in breaking part.Drain and flat brick soling on pavement had been incompleted. The road was mapped and ordered for the black carpeting work since last 2 years, and brick soling work is being dismanteled due to delay of carpeting. Because of that, the threat of everyday accident is arising in the colony and bad water is filling in whole colony. Buffalow and cows owners dont taking any actions so the road is very bad for anybody.Although all the roads of ahmed ganj completed on all respect which was started after this road.Please look through the matter and do the needful for the construction of balanced road work and also please inform me about the reason for the delayed work. From certain sources I have been informed that the contractor had got the full payment and that is the reason that he is now not showing any of his intrest in completing this road work.

I would like inform you that there is a lot of garbage collection in the recidential area of vineet Khand-1, Gomti Nagar near Hussaria gaon.This garbage is drawn by the villagers in the vacant plots of LDA.This garbage split foul smell and lots of insects in the houses. Today a buldojer came and just take one truck garbage just for formality,still there are lots of garbage approx. 9-10 trucks, which is very injurious for the residents of Vineet Khand 1/167 and 1/168 A - 1/168 F.
Therefore please look into the matter & take a proper action to remove this garbage.

I would like to aware you that in our colony (Sarvshakti Nagar) Balaganj Chauraha Lucknow the chamber/Manhole of Severline is made on very high 9 inch hight on the road in my front of home and all mahole /chamber of severline are made level of the road. So the very problem bechause when my car is out of garage then manhole is touvh in car and many person are injured on the road all day.

Almost all citizens of the colony are already paying the house tax also. Sir I would like to request you kindly do the needful to solve the problom and repair the manhole/chamber in front of my home.

This is to inform you that we the residents of Manas enclave, Mayur vihar, Shivpuri, chandan vihar colony near Kukarail picnic spot is suffering from air polluiton ... with the garbage dumped by Nagar Nigam on a deep plot of about 70,000 sq ft area belong to Mr. Virender Verma MLA of the BSP govt, near Kukarail picnic spot. Now for last few days it is litted up and the smoke & bad smell spread all over the area creates a threat to the health & life of the 400 + families residing in this area. If the air moves towards the forest the fire can destroy the forest and can cause unimaginable damage to the environment, life of humans, animals and birds in the area also.

Inspite of repeated request to the BSP MLA, he is not bothered at all and every day dumpers from Nagar nigam is dumping approx 8-10 trucks of garbage in the area. Recnelty we had to call on Police & Fire engine to handle/control the fire & smoke (photo attached)

your immediate attention in this case will be highly appreciated.

Some employee of Nagar Nigam Gorakhpur's does not to run e-governance program successfully because after launching on-line tax transparency came and their manupalation / tempering with tax data become impossible.

They are using union leader and some sbhasad to bread down e-governance program.

We have proof for all these tempering of data. If really any person from media / govt. wants and fights against these corrupt people join us.

Dear Sir,
This is my first email, however after numerous phone calls to Nagar Nigam in regards to garbage cleaning services in "B" block malviya nagar. After no results to those phone calls, I thought the authorities must be send something in writing. I am not sure if I am in the right department as my email is to put a complaint regarding garbage cleaners (Jamadaars) in "B" block malviya nagar.
It's a very sad case that the "B" block in malviya nagar has no nagar nigam cleaners coming to pick garbage, unlike in other areas in Jaipur. We have local Jamadaars who do the job, but the problem is that they charge very high prices. Compared to what nagar nigam prices (which is Rs. 25 to 30 per month) we are charged Rs. 200 to Rs. 250 a month. Nagar nigam did start their services 6 or 7 years ago, but ended up in physical fights between them and the nagar nigam jamadaar ended up not coming.
I am a retired engineer 60 years old, as I took volunatry retirement 10 years ago. I did get a lumpsum payout and I am living ife on what bank gives me as interests on my balance, which is really not much. As such I try to reduce my expenses wherever I can. I seriously cannot afford all this monopolistic attitude as it just adds up in my overall budget. I am sure there are a lot of people in the same boat as I am, and I am compaining on behalf of all of them
I request if authorities can look into this and arrange a nagar nigam jamadaar in "B" block malviya nagar as soon as possible, that would be great.

I am yogendra Nath summitted a lot of time from 2004 to till date for removal of encroachments along road to my home. Some person from NAGAR NIGAM (Named Mr. P.K.Srivastva) come & see but never retunback.
So I want to told you nos of given things with proofs for action.

2. MALVIYA NAGAR written board in shop.

3. Shever line in Shop.

4.now I am also sending you detail of high court order againt WRITE PETITION NO. 2435(M/B) OF 2001 ON DATED 18.07.2008
in this order high court says just remove all encrochment of BAZARKHALA MALVIYA NAGAR.
