Sir, yesterday my cousin brother 2 yr of age was badly injured in a accident in front of my home, the 2 wheeler drive hit him in thigh which broke his bone and currently he is in ICU.. it's my request to please grant permission of speed breakers in my locality to avoid future accident like these.
