Nagar Nigam Bhopal — water wastage from colony tank

The responsible person, for closing the valve of colony water tank is not doing his job properly and regularly. Because of which water in gallons gets wasted often in morning and evening. We have warned him several times about this but due to his ignorant behaviour the problem exists.
He also has assigned some other person for his duty on his behalf(who is drunk all the time).
Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible, as water wastage is a major problem we are facing here.
