Nagar Nigam Jaipur — Request to dispose cow dung & garbage collected by neighbour which can genrate dengu

Dear sir,
As per above i request that 3-4 house ahead of my house my neighbor collected a lot of cow dung and garbage from which lots of mosquitoes and flies generated in my colony. This person is also opened a unauthorized dairy.
This can harm with disease like dengue, malaria.
Kindly help us in this.
