Nagar Nigam Jaipur — solid waste removal vehicle

I stay at devi nagar and no vehicle for removing garbage has been coming in front of my home, even after we keep standing with our dustbins the vehicle turns around in a lane before. And this is the heights of carelessness when the city is suffering high onset of dengue and zika.
There is a huge amount of garbage which is scattered by stray dogs and cows
