I tried paying my property tax of 8802 to Nagar parishad Danapur on 10th April 2021, I used PAYGOV netbanking facility and it showed transaction successful but the Nagar parishad web page showed it as an error and failure.
I contacted bank which said that the payment was successful from their side and the money is with merchant/biller.
The Biller "nagar parishad danapur" doesn't has any contact info on its webpage to reach out for my query.
Kindly check the process and either accept and update the transaction OR kindly return the amount
