Dear Sir/Madam
M/s Nagarjuna Finance Ltd Hyderabad has not yet paid my money against F.D done of Rs. 01 lakh in the month of April 95 @ 14 percent interest per annum, the accrued amount with principal is more than 40 lakkh now which is my claim value, over and above I am claiming another 10 lakhs now as a compensation of medical expenditure incurred to me due to sick health and unwell ness so far attributed to mental agony, stress and strain. I am feeling helpless now being a retired private company employee without any monthly pension or savings most of which has been eaten up by Nagarjuna Finance so far.
A breach of trust by them can not be accepted.
Hence I would request you to facilitate the process in getting back my legitimate claim amount.
Please understand my plight and do justice for me.
