Respected Sir,
I, Mr. R. Karuppaiah, am submitting this petition on behalf of my aged father, Mr. V. Rajakkannu, in connection with the above-mentioned incident for which a complaint was already submitted at Nagudi Police Station.
In respect of the said complaint, Nagudi Police Station has issued only a CSR (Community Service Register) copy. However, to date, no effective investigation or appropriate criminal action has been taken in connection with the incident.
Therefore, I respectfully request your good office to kindly examine my complaint in detail and, considering the nature and seriousness of the allegations, register an FIR if the facts disclosed in the complaint constitute cognizable offenses, conduct a fair and thorough investigation, and take appropriate legal action against all persons found responsible.
I further request that necessary steps be taken to ensure the safety, protection, and legal rights of my aged father, Mr. V. Rajakkannu, and to provide him with appropriate justice in accordance with law.
I have enclosed a copy of the CSR issued by Nagudi Police Station, a copy of the original complaint already submitted, and copies of the relevant supporting documents for your kind consideration and necessary action.
I therefore respectfully request your immediate intervention and appropriate action in this matter.
