1) The other booking was done by the sales manager - Sangolda by contacting the procurement personnel in the plant and the Verna showroom sales manage was in touch with Area manager. GM said that proper protocol was that of Sales manager - Sangolda. However, in conference call with Mahindra Rise, he said that he would speak to the area manager to check the availability of the vehicle. Why is he wanting to call the Area manager if this protocol is not proper.
2) GM knew that there was a dispute in vehicle booking but what were the efforts, if any, done by him to get another vehicle for me. I he had made efforts, the new vehicle may have arrived much faster and costing would be the same.
3) The earlier booking was reportedly done on the 18th of December. However, even though the company said that they would show me the proof of the booking, no such evidence was provided.
4) The GM informed me that he was not aware of my booking whereas the sales manager stated that the vehicle was got from the plant on account of my requirement after speaking to the GM. Also, is it possible, that the GM sales does not keep a track of the bookings at the showroom. Also can the sales managers procure a vehicle without the GMs consent?
5) When I visited the showroom for the vehicle inspection, I was given the inspection of the vehicle and not informed of the vehicle being booked by someone else. Only on returning from the yard after inspection, I was given the news. Why was I given inspection of the vehicle if it was not my vehicle.
6) Also, the GM stated that he would speak to the other customer and check if the vehilce could be given to me. If the booking was actually done by the other customer earlier, why was he exploring this opportunity ?
7) Though I had done my booking on 21.12.2023 after confirmation of the availability of the vehicle, I did not receive a booking information from the company till the 26th. What was the reason for the same?
8) In a telecon with Mahindra Rise, GM informed me that he would check another vehicle for me and the prices had not increased. However, the quotation given to me on 18.01.2024 showed as very high amount as compared to the booking quotation.
