[Resolved] Nair Vijayalakshmi Vijayan — Air India Express Not yet refunded my air fare of 2020, 2 years ago, after flight cancellation due to Covid | |||
Respected Sir / Ma'am, Air India Express Team, Customer Support, isn't responding for my request to refund my air fare from Air India Express; which I booked on February 2020, 2 years ago. I requested to refund money through email and international phone calls to Air India Express team and till now, the money isn't refunded into my account. Already Air India Express Team has informed me that they have processed for refund on 28th March 2022 and till date ie, 10th May 2022, refund hasn't credited into my account. I have booked a fresh Air Ticket from Air India Express after paying amount AED 3270.04/- having Confirmation Number HG33FZ on 4th April 2022 and still I'm awaiting for 2 years ago refund from the same Airlines. I have to get a refund of AED 1440/- for Air Ticket booked on February 2020 having Confirmation number- ZHYJJE and Passenger's name- Nair Vijayalakshmi Vijayan And Jasmin Confirmation number - ZHYJJE Passenger's name - Nair Vijayalakshmi Vijayan And Jasmin Total Ticket Amount - AED 1440 Regards, Nair Vijayalakshmi Vijayan [protected] Please reply for my email.
