Hi.
On 13th april i placed a simplinamdharis' order via the app. The slot allotted was 15th april 2020 before 6:30am. I am writing this from bangalore.
I have placed an order on simplinamdhari app, the order had 31 items and the following 13 items are missing. As there is no chance to meet the agent as deliver was put outside our apartment campus with security monitored of course, but they and while we picked are not allowed to touch the package.
We opened the bag of items 24 hours later and to surprise 13 items were missing. This is not communicated to us by the delivery agent.
I complained in email and chat is not working. None picked the call centers and the namdhari's store in the last 24 hours i tried 3 times.
Missing items
Today credit is expecting back for the 13 items into my wallet.
My rest of the 18 items are very good condition. When i have tried reporting the issue no one is accessible in phone, chat. No e-mail reply as well yet for the same.
Understood it is a lockdown, and for a record am creating this complaint. And i am a regular visitor of namdharis store, at rt nagar, bangalore for a longer time, and i hope they look at this soon as even customer care is not able to pick my call.

The app is so pathetic as the sum/total shown is not at all clear and breakup is not available.
The order is still showing as "upcoming" and there is none to update the app as i understand it is a lockdown situation.
But i expect someone soon to connect me to agents to solve the issue of these missing items.
