Nanac Shetty — Rude behaviour & uncooperating gatekeepers at Padubidri Udupi toll gate

I would like to bring to your notice the recent incident that took place at the Padubidri Udupi - 575001 toll gate on 3rd December 9:20pm . That night we were at a wedding concert in Kapu and because I had a severe chest pain we got into the car to go to the hospital. At the toll gate, they were discussing with a car ahead o[censored]s and the driver was showing the ID. Their discussion lasted for some time. As we had an emergency, the car could not even be reversed, and my brother at driver seat honked horn several times. Just because honked the horn, a gate keeper from the next gate instructed not to open the gate for our car to delay our car .
We were shocked at the behaviour of the gatekeeper . DO they have the right to delay our car just because we honked the horn? Cant they have taken car ahead o[censored]s aside to enquire instead of delaying other vehicles ?
More over such rude behaviour that too in emergency is not acceptable. I request the concerned authorities to interrogate the incident .
I could not report the incident immediately as work abroad and I had to return back to my duty .
If required I will forward the photos of gatekeepers involved, which we have shoot from our mobile phone.
You may refer to the CCTV footage of 3rd December at 9:20 pm and take appropriate action. I would appreciate if you could respond to this letter .
