I have a visa card from Standard Chartered Bank. I reported a fraudulent transaction on my visa card. I was told to fill up a DDF and was given no guidance on how to fill it. When I filled it, I was told that the form is incorrectly filled without any guidance on how to fill it correctly. I explained the reason why I had filled it the way I did and was once gain told that the form is incorrectly filled without any guidance on how to fuill it.
I told them to call me for clarifications and they did not. They also did not give me number where I can call the responsible officer.
I then received a call after complaining from an officer who did not give me her contact number. I asked her to tell me how the DDF should be filled and I then filled the form as instructed by her and sent. I then received calls from two other people and no action was taken on the DDF form submitted by me. I once again sent the DDF and once again there was no action.
I then received an SMS telling me that I should now send the form by fax. The name or contact details of the person sending me the SMS were not given.
I am being constantly stone walled and no one is giving me the contact number of a responsible officer who I can call and provide the clarifications he may need.
I am now left without any recourse and no way of contacting a responsible officer of Standard Chartered Bank.
I kindly request you to take up this matter with them and influence them to call me or give me the name and contact details of a responsible officer so that I can get this matter resolved.
My mobile number is +91 [protected] / [protected]. My email id is [protected]@hotmail.com
I can send you the full correspondence I have had with Standard chartered Bank if you give me an email id where I can send the file as an attachment.
