With reference to the above, I wish to state that on[protected] Sunday at Nandhana Palace - Andhra Style, 4th Floor party hall, New Bel Road. I had to invite from my friend, I had to attend to the friend’s party. On the food time, food servers from outside there are 3 persons came, not a hotel staff. The outside food server was food service was very very good. The hotel staff Mr Chandan food serving was not good, he is don’t know about food serving. Actually food serving rule is first salt, pickle, sweet, palyas, appalam, (tennis bat serving on left side for eater) Mr Chandan appalam serving was center of the leaf, roti, 2 curries, biryani, pachidi, rice, ghee, dall, rice, rasam, rise, curd, ice cream this is the food serving rule / style. Me Chandan’s food serving style was applam (tennis bat) after serving biryani in leaf middle. They are told to Mr Chandan from outsider 3 persons came, he is shouting, I know, you are told what are you told, do what I say. He is also missing ice cream serving for one role.

Very very worst behaviour from Mr Chandan’s, after eating food from the guests, Mr Chandan told to 3 outsider food servers lifting the leaf – clearance. The food service persons, doing food serving and clearance both can do. There is no clearance staff from hotel. The Nandana Hotel was charging one banana leaf food for Rs 350/- to Rs 500/-, why are food serving and clearance doing in the same persons.
After 1 ½ hour over, the food was not good, I told 3 outsider food serving, 3 persons told to Mr Chandan, he is again shouting, why you are talking for guest, let me tell you. I had to talk to Mr Chandan, he is told that the food after 2 hours, not given to hot he is told again and again.

After the party was over, I had to tell to 3 outside food servers, pack the 10 rotis, the curry is not there. The rotis is not good, roti it was cold. The cold rotis not eaten for our family. The disposable roti returned to one of the outside food server’s to give it back.

After the party was over, Mr Chandan asking for tips, my fried for given Rs 100/- for Mr Chandan. He did not agree. He told that there are 5 persons from serving food and manager. Give me an atleast Rs 1000/-. My friend told that take it Rs 100/-, I had to separately given to other persons. Also he did not agree, sir the hotel management for given my salary was very very less, look for something. My friend for given Rs 200/- tips for Mr Chandan.

On after the party was end, Mr Chandan told to security for checking for bags for from outside food servers. One of the food server’s bag myself given was a thunder disposable roti. Mr Chandan was shouting, roti theft, roti theft, the outsider 3 persons serving food serving was neatly, and disposables for leaf was neatly, why are not given disposable thunder rotis, he is shouting for small matter to big. The security person was torn down the disposable rotis from outside food server. Why did not give disposable thunder rotis to the person came from outside food serving, Mr Chandan and security was not given to the person for rotis. Worst and worst behaviour from Mr Chandan.
