Nandini, Zepto — Poor services and misguided information

Always during evening time, whenever i ordered nandini milk in zepto. After i got curd in milk packet. Nandini packet shows that day expire. But when i purchase from outerside tht day expire packet milk remains milk not curd like what zepto delivers and i observe some times that packet not feel cold when i touch it. So if you have not deliver proper product why you show it. Because i think it is milk but when i put into gas then i know it is curd. It is misguided one. And if it has less expiry date put it on same why you adding one more day (nandini). Or if you not maintaining good conditions then how you got license. I don't know WHO's fault. I didn't get my product it kills my time.
