Narayana E Techno School Moulivakam Branch — Admission fee 10k paid but not refunded though we haven't joining our kid

We have paid a fee of 10k in the month of March and we were told if not interested we will get amount back so we paid. But later since our kid is not willing to join and we have tried much with her but no use, then reached out to school and requested for refund, they said you will get and we followed up few times but no response and we visited school then we literally understand they don't want to refund and treated us extremely cheap for asking 10k and threatened us inside school, I was with my wife and 2 little kids inside the school and one person was almost coming to beat me, then i said ill sit here only if i dont get my money, I tried to take a video record then they cooled down a bit but few persons came on byk from outside and watching us carefully, I was really scared at that moment, even the principal was spoke very insulting to us .since then I didn't visit school again but following upon email continuously but they never care, all this is because I can't do anything and 10000 was a small amount to them, but I am having lot of financial struggles and it is not small amount to me .can anybody really help me ?
