Narayana E-Techno School — Not getting TC

This is to inform you that we are parents of M.Siddesh Sai of class4-5 studying in your Narayana Etechno school puzhal branch admission no 5231627 and we also have our daughter M.Hithika Sai of PreKG enrolled during Vijayadasami but we don’t have her admission number as we got the books in the month of January end after so many struggles and getting admission number and ID card wasn’t possible.

This mail is regarding TC application for my son M.Siddesh Sai, all this started in the month of February werein we applied that we aren’t continuing in Puzhal branch since my husband office is in OMR which is 40kms from the place were we currently live in.after so many followups with the class teacher on branch change one final day in march me and my husband came to know that we are supposed to submit a letter to the reception admin for transfer and we went by the process. Later after around 2-3 weeks of time we came to know from the clas teacher that it isn’t the process and we have to come in person and explain the situation to the principal for students who are asking transfer.then we again went to the school and was informed that the principal sir was busy, and when enquired about the letter which we gave earlier isn’t the correct way since tat day the school had some auditing so everyone were busy in that so they have missed to inform correctly and again the same day since principal sir was also busy we gave one more letter to the admin and this time we even informed VP mam that we are applying for transfer.

as mid march was exam time we dint want to disturb the school faculity, and then came April break session and we again checked the school they said it is in progress and in the April end when we checked, we were informed that if we wish t o do internal transfer we are supposed to pay 60% fees for both my kids in puzhal branch and then only we can transfer. When we checked Sholinganallur branch the fees was comparatively very less compared to puzhal branch. Who would desire to pay a higher fees when we know it is very less were we have opted for transfer so we told VP mam that we cant make the payment here and we shall pay it in the Sholinganallur branch since we are moving there It wil be ease of access to get any clarity on payment and books moreover your Sholinganallur faculty even suggested to pay only there. After which summer holidays started and everyone were in vacation and there was no response from VP mam. We were continuously checking class teacher Kavita mam and she kept giving the same information that VP mam isn’t reachable and this went on still June. We were in dilemma that was my son admission in school is finalized or not?? we even raised questions on what if my son seat isn’t confirmed in both the branch when checking with the class teacher.

Unexpectedly I am transferred to Madurai which was a total surprise to me.and now again a week before we checked with VP mam and she informed that if we are applying for a TC we need to pay 40% of fees, my question is very simple. When we were following so badly for an internal transfer all this months there was no response or confirmation from school in both the branches. All of sudden how do you confirm now??

For all the follow-ups and stress, mental agony and travelling are we supposed to pay the school, is this even a Penalty for us to chose Narayana???

I am very crystal clear in my statement that I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE PENNY FROM MY POCKET.

There were times during covid when I paid full one time payment and there were no clarity til now as what is the government approved fees collection structure, since every time the accountant will be busy or either not in office.Computer science books were not even given to my son in 2021.books for my daughter was given at the end of academic closure.we have gone through enough.there are no dues from my end.

I Hope justice would be served.

please help us to get the TC being a self driven motivated school I hope for positive response .

further delaying will definitely affect my sons academics and educational scope.
