Narayana E-techo School — Refund of 5000

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an excess payment of ₹5000 that was made during the admission process.

Due to unforeseen personal reasons, I have decided not to continue my child’s admission at your institution. When I approached your team regarding the refund of the extra amount paid, I was informed that it cannot be returned once the payment is made. I am quite disappointed with this response.

₹5000 is a significant amount for us, and it is unfair to deny a refund for an excess payment. I would also like to point out that institutions are prompt in following up when fees are due, but in cases like this, the response has not been supportive.

I request you to kindly treat this matter as urgent and process the refund of the excess amount at the earliest. I hope for a fair resolution without further delay, as I have already been following up multiple times.
