My son has studied in narayana school, kolkata from 8th to 10th std (March 2018). We have paid rs.10, 000/- during admission as security deposit. The problem is even after several follow-up school is delaying refund of security deposit citing reason as `insufficient fund’. It is already 10 months over & have made several visit to school & repeatedly submitted relevant receipt details (Even though that is not reqd). This school does not have cbse affiliation even though they promised during admission that they will get the same.
• pl advice where should i lodge complaint for this
Every time they promise some date, days which never happen. Understand that majority of students didn’t recd the refund even after 10 months. It is obvious that they are purposely delaying for retaining capital money
One of my friend also faced similar problem for his son in the same school last year. After more than 40 visit to school he got the money with great difficult
