Dear Madam,
My daughter, Diksha Chauhan who studied in your school till class VIII (section C) was/is suffering from Epilepsy and due to this we decided to withdraw her from school to take care of her disease at home. She is still not well and unable to go to regular school. So, we decided to continue her studies from Nation Open School. When I went for her admission in NOIS then they informed me that the student and father's names are different from the TC to the marksheet. So, they told me that due to this discrepancy the admission cannot be processed and they asked me to get it corrected from the respective school. I came to the school and the school administration told me that they do not have any record of the year 2019 and it cannot be corrected. They also asked me to contact on this email address for my concern. However, my daughter's name is correct on the marksheet of class VI. I am sharing the attached marksheets of class VI and VIII with TC. I request you to kindly correct the names on the marksheet of class VIII and provide me with the updated document so that my daughter's study can be continued.

Student name: DIKHSHA CHAUHAN
Father name: Narender Pal
Incorrect names:
Correct name: DIKSHA CHAUHAN
Father name: Narendra Pal
