I pay current outstanding amount. Past two weeks before. On the day onwards i am calling executives. No one telling me how to close my account. Poor customer services. There is no option for closing account. When we call ivr services. Even i paid all the amount again statement we have to pay 4000. What type of tatacard services is this no option for cancel card.
