Wish to lodge a complaint regarding an incident of online shopping fraud.
On, 9 april 2025 I ordered three kurtis from an online clothing platform named Nari Vastra via their website/social media page. The payment of ₹1998 was made through Google pay on prepaid basis.
Despite more than 20 days having passed, I have not received the products. Repeated attempts to contact the seller via email and their provided grievance channels have gone unanswered. They have disabled comments on their social media pages, preventing public queries or complaints.
It has become clear that this platform is engaging in deliberate fraud, misleading consumers and accepting payments without fulfilling orders.
